Prostanthera magnifica “Magnificent Mint Bush” is an erect shrub from Western Australia which grows to 1.5 m high by 1 m across. It has mauve flowers that are surrounded by a large persistent purple calyx.  It is an outstanding shrub – probably the most spectacular species – but very difficult to maintain on its own roots so Tarrawood grafts this plant onto a hardy root stock.
