About Us

Tarrawood Native Nursery is a wholesale plant nursery, located in Bega in Southern New South Wales.

25 years of success and counting

We are a family owned and operated, generational nursery business and have been looking after our valued clients for over 25 years, having established ourselves as one of the most reputable, reliable and well-known suppliers of quality trees, shrubs, ground covers and climbers in Australia.

The idea for Tarrawood originated from a year 12 agricultural studies assignment, where a passion and enthusiasm for grafting developed, and grew to become what we have today. From our humble early beginnings, we have maintained a focus on grafting, allowing gardeners and retail and wholesale nurseries to experience some of the most stunning and visually spectacular wildflowers our country has to offer.

While grafting is a part of what we do, and something that sets us apart from other nurseries, we also have a focus on propagation from tissue culture, cuttings and bought in tube stock. Our expertise has been utilised across both the private and public sector to provide advice and support, ensuring that the integrity of our natural flora is well-maintained.

We are incredibly proud of our place in the industry and the quality and variety we are able to provide for our clientele, helping them to enhance their own businesses and provide quality for their customers.
